About our Studio
At Lisa Larsen Studio we license and sell designs for use on products for various markets such as home décor, stationery, fabric, apparel, editorial, and gift. We take great pride in finding the perfect match between what our clients need and the creations of the artists we represent. We support our artists every step of the way from portfolio building, to presenting artwork to clients, to helping during the decision making process of contract negotiations.
About Lisa
After a strong 25+ years of experience in the corporate world organizing and executing complex international projects, I decided to start a second career, one that follows my passion for art. I am obsessed with finding out what my clients want and with working with a small team of artists to arrive at the right match. It is what gets me out of bed in the morning.
I started as a freelance illustrator and quickly realized I wanted to have a larger impact. I wanted to work with people, create a community where I can nurture the careers of artists and make clients incredibly happy. I expanded my studio into an art licensing agency.
During 2019, I laid the foundation for our agency. We now have a substantial list of industry contacts through reaching out to individual businesses and exhibiting at the Blueprint surface design show in NYC in 2019.
In 2020 and 2021, we participated in several virtual/online shows, put many pieces into production and continue to create long lasting relationships with our clients. Our client list has expanded, and we are well positioned to grow in 2022.
I recently migrated our private portfolios to the Artonomo platform which allows me to offer a more robust and customized customer experience. It also allows me to scale our business and take on more art.
