Bobbi Collier-Morales, is an illustrator and designer for children’s, educational, and mass-market books. She also does surface design for products. She has a great love for good picture books and for quality product art, and has several collections ready for licensing!
Bobbi started her career as an illustrator in New York City where she married and had two children (now adults) before moving back to her home state of Colorado. Bobbi loves nature and creatures of all kinds. She has two cats and two dogs, as well as two grandchildren who she adores.
Influenced by her own ‘rainbow family’, Bobbi specializes in creating art that is multicultural and that honors the people she illustrates. She does this by doing extensive research to make her representations as authentic as possible. She is also inclusive. “I am so grateful to have a career that allows me to use my talents, and hope that it touches people with the joy and love I feel for our planet and humanity.”
Writing is another passion for Bobbie. Her goal is to write and illustrate stories that are uplifting, giving children of all ages hope for a bright future.
Bobbi is a PAL member of The Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, and a long standing member of a writing group called “The Word Heard”.
